Refund Policy

We have a 21-day return policy, from the date in which you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at thebookshack23@outlook.com. If your return is accepted we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers pay return postage, customs and import duties where they apply to return goods which are not damaged or unsuitable.
 
Damaged items:
 
Please contact us immediately if you have received defective, damaged or wrong items. 
 
Non-returnable items:
 
We do not accept returns on personalised products and mystery books. 
 
Exchange:
 
If you would like an exchange, you will need to request a return, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Once original item is returned, we will send the refund. 

 
Once we have received your return product, we will get in contact with you to let you know if it has been accepted or not. If approved, we will send the refund automatically to your original payment method. It can take 3-5 days for your bank to transfer the return over.
