Thank you for your interest in becoming a wholesale partner with The Book Shack! We are excited to work with you and provide high-quality, bookish merchandise for your store. Please review our wholesale terms and conditions below:

1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

  • The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for wholesale orders is 20 units per design.
  • Orders below the MOQ will not be processed.

2. Wholesale Pricing

  • Wholesale prices are offered at a 40-60% discount off the retail price.
  • Prices are subject to change, and any updates will be communicated to wholesale buyers in advance.

3. Payment Terms

  • All wholesale orders require payment upfront before processing and shipment.
  • We accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, credit card.
  • Orders will not be shipped until full payment has been received.

4. Shipping

  • Shipping costs are not included in the wholesale price and will be calculated at checkout based on the size and destination of the order.
  • We ship via Royal Mail, UPS.
  • Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Lead Time

  • Orders processing time will be discussed upon booking.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location. International orders may take longer due to customs processing.

6. Returns & Damaged Goods

  • All sales are final, but if you receive damaged or defective products, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • We reserve the right to ask for photographic evidence of damaged items.
  • If the issue is confirmed, we will either issue a replacement or a refund, depending on availability and situation.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted.

8. Exclusivity

  • We do not offer exclusive rights to any wholesale partner unless agreed upon in a separate contract. Our products may be sold by other retailers.

9. Payment for Repeat Orders

  • Repeat orders will follow the same payment terms as the initial order unless otherwise agreed upon.

10. Resale Restrictions

  • Wholesale buyers are prohibited from selling our products on third-party online platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay) without prior approval from The Book Shack.
  • Reselling is only permitted in physical stores or on your own website.

11. Claiming Work as Your Own

  •  Wholesale buyers agree not to claim any of our designs or products as their own or attempt to replicate, reproduce, or resell them without authorization.
  • All products sold by The Book Shack must not be altered or presented as original works by any third party.

12. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to wholesale buyers promptly.
